Lawned enclosed garden with south facing aspect, patio with dining area. Complete with outdoor furniture and parasol. Sheltered and a Sun trap.

A basket is provided with a selection of teas/coffee, biscuits and locally made jam/marmalade.

A pint of milk is always in the fridge on arrival, also a selection of store items in the cupboard.
